LANGAN DELIVERS CRATE & BARREL’S VERY BIG BOX

Langan has been working with The Rockefeller Group on both commercial and industrial projects since 2000. Most recently, this work has focused on Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone/8A in Cranbury, New Jersey where Langan has provided comprehensive engineering services. This has included conceptual site planning, through the site plan approval process to construction inspection for the 675,000 square foot initial phase of Crate and Barrel's new Northeast Distribution Center. Eventual build-out will entail 950,000 square feet.

Designing an efficient layout, that maximized the size of the buildings on the site to meet Crate and Barrel's needs, enabled The Rockefeller Group to provide a competitive lease transaction. Langan's design approach did not require any bulk variances, which streamlined the approval process.
