TARGET IMPORT CENTER
Langan provided site/civil, geotechnical, traffic and environmental engineering services for the preparation of a Site Selection Report to assist Target in the selection of a site for its new Import Center. The Center will be located in the Norfolk, Virginia area. Langan provided comprehensive consulting services to review all aspects of the site development process including layout, grading and drainage, utilities, wetlands, stormwater management and access. Langan also reviewed the geotechnical conditions for each site and their impacts on construction costs.
