WASTE
MANAGEMENT
Langan provides compliance services
in the areas of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste management.
The services include preparation and submittal of waste reports
on both the federal and state levels. Our waste reporting experience
on the federal level has included the Biennial Hazardous Waste
Report. On the state level, Langan has experience with all Pennsylvania
required residual waste reporting, such as the Biennial Residual
Waste Report (Form 330 & 330-GM) and the Chemical Analysis
of Residual Waste Annual Report By the Generator (Form 26R), and
permitting requirements for residual waste processing facilities.
Langan has prepared and implemented required source reduction
strategies for facilities in order to reduce the amount of hazardous/non-hazardous
waste generated. Langan has also developed guidance on state specific
regulatory requirements for waste handling procedures for hazardous,
non-hazardous and universal waste including used oil, fluorescent
lights, PCB containing wastes and oil filters.
