Langan has been retained by Beazer East, Inc. and approved by EPA as the remedial design consultant to implement pre-design investigations and lead remedial design efforts at one of Beazer’s highest priority sites: the Former Kopper’s Wood Treating Superfund Site in Newport, New Castle, Delaware. The Site is situated on 317 acres including approximately 136 acres of wetlands, three ponds, and surrounded on three sides by surface water.
