This 34-acre mixed-use complex includes a 16-screen movie theater, major retail tenants, and neighborhood shops and restaurants totaling 357,000 square feet. Extensive plantings were used throughout the perimeter of the site to screen the complex from adjacent land uses including a major highway, industrial center, and residential development.

As part of the Gateway National Recreational Area's on-call team, Langan provided engineering and environmental services for site development improvements at Great Kills. Langan prepared all construction documents for the demolition of an 80,000-square-foot pile-supported bathhouse, 2,000-square-foot beach center, and one half mile of sewer.

Tuxedo Reserve is a planned integrated development of a 2,400-acre site located in the southeastern corner of Orange County, New York. Langan was retained to undertake all land development engineering of the site for construction of the multi-use development, which includes 1,500 residential units as well as over 30,000 square feet of light industrial office commercial building.
