Ron Fuerst has nearly 40 years of diverse and practical experience to land development specializing in retail, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects. From initial site feasabilites and conceptual/strategic planning through project design, permitting and construction, he applies his technical expertise with an owner mindset to all of his projects.

Fuerst’s project experience includes serving as Principal-in-Charge for Stop & Shop, Ahold, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Brixmor, and CareOne Senior Living development programs for the Northeast. He has been leading efforts in commercial warehouse and mix-use development for Lincoln Equities and the Connell Development companies. He possesses a unique background in pre-development issues including demolition and associated environmental issues often needed to prepare sites for development including asbestos, LBP, USTs and associated land-use restricted capping. Significant projects in this regard include Bayonne Logistics Center and Bayonne Crossing in Bayonne, NJ; the former Sears Distribution Facility in Philadelphia; New York City Hospital Expansion Program; Swiss Bank (UBS) in Stamford, CT; Halletts Point in Astoria, NY; and the former Union Carbide property warehouse development in Piscataway, NJ.
