The abandoned Campbell Soup Factory, contaminated with asbestos and other hazardous materials, occupied a prime area on the Camden waterfront and thwarted efforts to revitalize the area. Langan was charged with the evaluation and remediation design of all aspects of contamination, the preparation of construction documents for the demolition of over 600,000 square feet of multi-level industrial structures, and the design of infrastructure improvements to support new development.
