Gregory M. Elko

Greg Elko has more than 30 years of experience in site/civil engineering. He has handled aspects of project management on numerous projects for local and national clients. He is familiar with the local, state and national governmental procedures and regulations concerning permitting and approval processes. He is experienced in development of projects from the early feasibility planning stages, through design and permitting, and through construction. Key aspects of this coordination include an understanding and identification of critical development issues early in the planning process, maintenance and management of project schedules through the permitting processes, and knowledge of construction-sensitive issues.

Elko’s energy, utilities, and oil & gas project experience includes multiple aspects of design and permitting for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facilities, pipelines, gas production sites, water impoundments, and other associated utility infrastructure.

Elko’s responsibilities include the management and operation of nine offices with over 150 staff, including: Bethlehem, Pittsburgh, and Doylestown, Pennsylvania; Cleveland, Ohio; Houston, Dallas, Austin and Tyler, TX; and Nashville, TN. He also is involved in firm-wide strategic initiatives including efforts in the energy market. He serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and various executive level working groups and task forces.
