Broadcasting Square is a 500,000 sf regional shopping center located west of Reading, PA. Langan designed and permitted the proposed improvements and provided additional wetlands, traffic and surveying services for the proposed development. Langan also designed and permitted the stormwater management system and soil erosion control plans to accommodate optimal site design.
