Langan managed numerous environmental and regulatory challenges for this unique project, which consists of a 78,000-square-foot spec warehouse and a 45,000-square-foot build-to-suit truck terminal. Langan also designed the on-site fuel facility, including the underground tank, piping, pump island equipment, and tank monitoring system.
