The first phase of this LEED Silver project includes the construction of an 83,000-square-foot regional training facility for the Connecticut Army National Guard. The proposed building includes multi-use activities including billeting (dormitory), classrooms, office and meeting space, and kitchen and dining facilities. Site work includes new perimeter roadways, parking areas, drainage and utilities, and landscaping.
