Langan is seeking summer 2021 (June – August 2021) Information Technology Cooperative Education Students or Interns on our Help Desk team in Parsippany, NJ. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and will work in a team environment while gaining practical experience.

Responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues and repairing and maintaining all types of computer and peripheral hardware, including setting up and repairing PCs and peripherals, performing software installations, and minor printer repair and support. Students may also provide support to the IT department’s Network and Development teams, as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Student actively pursuing a four year or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field;
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater is preferred;
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
• Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment;
• Proficiency with MS Office applications; 
• Ability to travel to satellite offices to provide on-site support;
• Programming and/or networking experience a plus; and
• Data entry, inventory and video editing experience preferred.
