Langan is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its collaborative team in its Corporate Headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.  This individual will serve a key function in providing accounts payable support for the corporate headquarters and other local offices.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic accounting team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Review and approve vendor invoices submitted through our Image Capture system;
  • Review invoices received in our Image Capture system and route to proper employees;
  • Complete the manual data entry of vendor invoices not processed through the Image Capture system;
  • Coordinate the preparation and mailing of check request runs and accounts payable checks;
  • Research and reply to vendor and employee inquiries regarding status of invoices;
  • Review vendor statements to endure all invoices are received; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma or Associate’s degree;
  • Experience with accounting software a plus;
  • Superior interpersonal skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organization skills with an attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Sound judgment capability and ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision software preferred.
