Gregory M. Elko

Greg Elko has over 23 years of experience in site/civil engineering and has coordinated the design, management, and construction of various complex projects in the Northeast.  He has handled all aspects of project management on numerous commercial, residential, industrial and natural gas projects for local and national clients. He has prepared various stormwater management and conveyance designs for challenging projects involving hydrological and hydraulic impact analysis. Elko has developed and presented Langan’s in-house technical training courses on Stormwater management, and has been involved in a variety of state programs involving stormwater management regulations and guidelines. He is also one of the leaders of the firm’s oil and gas practice, which includes a wide array of planning, design, permitting, and construction related work for upstream, midstream, and downstream facilities in various locations throughout the United States.
