Langan Wins AACCNJ DE&I Trailblazer Award for Workforce Diversity

The award recognizes a business that demonstrates a commitment to diversifying its staff through intentional recruiting, hiring, and retention efforts.
Since its founding in 1970, Langan has prioritized hiring top talent—regardless of a person’s characteristics, background, or beliefs—and now employs over 1,700 individuals across 43 offices. The firm is committed to championing a collaborative work environment where employees are encouraged to share their skills and knowledge to make impactful contributions.
