Cuban-American Association of Civil Engineers Honors Gonzalez with Lifetime Achievement Award

Cristina M. GonzalezSenior Principal Cristina M. Gonzalez, PE leads Langan’s Miami office and has played a key role in many major projects throughout South Florida. She has led project teams for Miami Dolphins Stadium/Hard Rock Stadium, PortMiami Tunnel, the MET project (three square blocks in downtown Miami), the Infinity on Brickell, and many more. Within Langan, Gonzalez is one of the co-founders of Women@Langan, an internal initiative to mentor, advocate for, and support women to achieve career and personal success. She is also on the Board of Directors’ Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and its Diversity Subcommittee.

The Cuban-American Association of Civil Engineers honored Gonzalez with the Francisco de Albear Award for Lifetime Achievements in the field of civil engineering. The award honors those who have achieved a distinguished and productive career, and who have made outstanding and unusual contributions toward the advancement of the civil engineering profession.
