Four Langan Projects Recognized by USGBC NJ

Four Langan projects were recognized by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) as being the best in sustainability and green building in New Jersey. The Langan winners included:

  • Candela Lofts, Hoboken – LEED Project of the Year: Residential Passive House
  • Subaru of America Headquarters, Camden – Honorable Mention: Commercial Community Dedication
  • 700 Jackson Redevelopment & Resiliency Park, Hoboken – Honorable Mention: Sustainable Practices Storm and Public Space Resiliency
  • Montclair State University Center for Environmental and Life Sciences, Montclair – Honorable Mention: Sustainable Schools

The USGBC NJ is New Jersey’s leading resource for best practices in sustainability and strives to promote the benefits of more sustainable buildings, including homes, offices, schools, hospitals, theaters, and retail spaces. The awards gala will take place on May 22 at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick.
