Kyle Bogardus, PE, CPESC, Principal
Houston, TX
Kyle Bogardus led Langan’s expansion into Texas, opening the firm’s Houston location in 2015. He leads a team supporting sectors such as office, retail, education, energy, industrial, and e-commerce fulfillment centers. Additionally, he is a Major in the Army Reserves and has completed multiple overseas deployments in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.

 

Paul Fisher, PLS, Principal
New York, NY
Paul Fisher leads Langan’s New York City survey team, in addition to providing oversight for the firm’s entire survey practice. He specializes in all facets of survey data acquisition, including total station survey, GPS, 3D laser scanning, mobile scanning, and UAS. Paul has managed a variety of projects during his 20 years at Langan, including the renovation of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the United Nations, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the TWA Flight Center Hotel at JFK International Airport, and Hudson Yards. 

 

Beverly Williams, SPHR, SHRM SCP, Principal
Parsippany, NJ
Beverly Williams developed Langan’s Human Resources department from the ground up, and now leads a team of over 20 people across the country. As the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Beverly is responsible for directing strategic staffing, employee relations and retention, career development, benefit programs, and human resource policies and procedures. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles within the engineering, marketing and communications, and financial industries.

Bill Boron, RLA, ASLA, Senior Associate
Cleveland, OH
Since joining Langan in 2015 to lead the firm’s Cleveland office, Bill Boron has led key projects throughout the state, including e-commerce fulfillment centers, corporate campuses, and the University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center master plan. An award-winning landscape architect, Bill’s unique perspective allows him to better serve his clients, particularly municipal staffs, design review agencies, corporations, and architectural firms.

 

Mike Finan, PE, LEED AP, Senior Associate
White Plains, NY
Mike Finan’s familiarity with Westchester County and the State of New York enabled the growth of Langan’s White Plains office. Mike has led site/civil engineering on various projects, including the North Avenue Residence Hall at Iona College, multiple projects at Stony Brook Hospital, the residential development at Tuxedo Farms, and various warehouse sites. Additionally, he has contributed to Langan’s growing portfolio of solar array projects in the region.

 

Ryan Manderbach, CHMM, Senior Associate
New York, NY
Ryan Manderbach plays an integral role in Langan’s New York City office as a senior environmental leader. He is a brownfield remediation specialist and routinely implements a collaborative approach with clients to solve environmental challenges during construction and redevelopment. Ryan has devoted his expertise and creativity to several of New York City’s highest profile projects, including the eight-acre Riverside Center and a seven-acre development and expansion of Columbia University’s Manhattanville campus in West Harlem.

 

Brett Milburn, GISP, Senior Associate
Doylestown, PA
As Langan’s Corporate GIS Leader, Brett Milburn oversees the firm’s Data Solutions team, tasked with understanding the technical and regulatory aspects of projects and developing software tools to support them. He led the development of Langan’s Site Analyzer, an interactive tool that gives clients an in-depth look at sites throughout the US. He supports various GIS, enterprise data management, and web/mobile technology-related projects across a wide array of sectors including utility infrastructure, site selection, facility/asset management, and environmental remediation.

 

Cary Ronan, PE, GE, Senior Associate
Los Angeles, CA
After over 20 years in the Bay Area, Cary Ronan relocated to Langan’s Los Angeles office to head the firm’s geotechnical practice in and around the city. Cary has extensive experience in leading geotechnical investigations and construction observation services on projects throughout California. Her experience covers multiple markets including high-rise, university, technology campuses, large infrastructure, multi-family residential, and mixed-use developments.

 

Tim Stout,  PE, CPESC, LEED AP, Senior Associate
Philadelphia, PA
Tim Stout is a leader in Philadelphia’s site/civil engineering practice and is currently working on several development projects for large institutions in the region, including the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania, University of Pennsylvania, Penn State Hershey Medical Center, and Penn Medicine. Tim is also active in our international practice, leading many development projects in the Middle East and India.

Ron Manney, PE, Associate
Arlington, VA
Ron Manney leads Langan’s geotechnical engineering practice in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. He manages design-bid-build and design-build projects, including the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Expansion and Union Market overbuild projects in Washington, DC, and the WMATA Dulles Rail Yard in Virginia. He has also provided geotechnical engineering services to private and public clients in over 30 countries, including over 50 US embassy and consulate projects. He was named an ACEC Young Member of the Year in 2013.

 

Gerald Nicholls, PE, CHMM, Associate
New York, NY
Gerry Nicholls manages an environmental project portfolio that includes multi-discipline remediation and redevelopment projects, as well as remediation of legacy or inactive sites in the New York metropolitan region. His redevelopment experience includes 45 Broad Street (lower Manhattan’s future tallest residential building), an architecturally significant mixed-use redevelopment of a former manufactured gas plant site in West Chelsea, and multiple properties along the Gowanus Canal. His legacy cleanup experience includes 491 Wortman Avenue and sites located within the Meeker Ave Plume Trackdown in Brooklyn.

 


Carlos Ortiz, PE, Associate
Miami, FL
With the opening of Langan’s third location in Florida, Carlos Ortiz has amassed experience throughout the state. He has worked on projects ranging from the Water Street Tampa project, to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino expansions in Hollywood and Tampa, to the Palm Beach Hilton. Additionally, he has worked on a large refinery modernization in Peru and large mixed-use developments in Panama and Colombia. Carlos is also involved with historic properties in Miami Beach, including the Faena District and Raleigh Hotel. His expertise includes geotechnical engineering and foundation design.

 

Jerame Secaras, PE, LEED AP, Associate
Parsippany, NJ
Jerame Secaras has led an impressive array of multi-discipline projects in New Jersey and New York, including office and residential high-rise buildings, regional mixed-use and retail centers, distribution centers, school improvements, and high-profile projects, such as American Dream Meadowlands and the Goethals Bridge Replacement. As a site/civil engineer, he has broad experience in land development design for commercial and residential development, regulatory permitting processes, and construction support and coordination.
