O’Connor and Belsky Present During NYBC Healthcare and Life Sciences Week

Michele O’Connor, Principal, and Rachel Belsky, Associate, presented during the New York Building Congress’ Healthcare and Life Sciences Week. The week of virtual webinars explored the healthcare and life sciences sectors in the Tri-State Area in the age of COVID-19.
O’Connor served as a panelist for the “Life Sciences Industry in NYC” discussion, which focused on the increased demand for life sciences facilities in the region because of COVID-19. The group also examined development success in other parts of the country and how lessons learned could be applied to life science development in New York City.
Belsky served as the moderator for “The NYC Healthcare Sector and COVID-19” panel. The group discussed how owners have adapted to the challenges of operating during, planning for, and preparing for the potential next wave of COVID-19.
