Poeppel to Speak at CTBUH 2018 Middle East Conference

Langan Managing Principal Alan R. Poeppel, PE will speak as part of a panel at the upcoming CTBUH 2018 Middle East Conference, Polycentric Cities: The Future of Vertical Urbanism. The panel, titled What is the Future of High-Rise Construction?, includes five industry experts from around the world who will discuss the future technology, costs, and requirements that will impact the construction of high-rises.

Poeppel has over 20 years of geotechnical experience, specializing in high-rise and super-tall buildings. He has led project teams for some of the tallest buildings in the world, including Kuala Lumpur City Center and Jeddah Tower.

The panel will be held during the conference on October 22 at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai.
