Langan is providing site/civil, traffic, geotechnical, and environmental engineering services for 9300 Collins Avenue, a luxury residential development located in Surfside, Florida. Our scope of work includes water, sewer, paving, grading, and drainage design, along with permitting and construction administration services. We are also providing limited traffic engineering, geotechnical investigations, and environmental engineering support to address the site’s conditions and regulatory requirements.
