Brighton Boulevard

Langan has been providing geotechnical and environmental engineering due diligence review services for the proposed Brighton Boulevard redevelopment. The redevelopment of Brighton Boulevard is part of a larger development of the rapidly growing section of Denver, Colorado known as River North Art District (RiNo), which is on course to become the most unique section of the city encompassing everything from boutique hotels to innovative start-up companies. The project site consists of two adjacent parcels totaling approximately 7.8 acres. The proposed mixed-used development will consist of renovating one of the existing buildings into a creative office space, and constructing two six-story residential buildings over a three-story above-grade parking garage and retail podium, a climbing gym, and additional on-grade parking.
