Langan performed geotechnical services during design and construction phases for converting a three-story 95,000-square-foot office building into a data center. After an extensive review and a tailored subsurface investigation, Langan concluded that the existing footings had adequate bearing capacity to support the additional loads imposed by the proposed renovation, which resulted in no required upgrades to the foundations and a significant cost savings to the project.
