Eco-Park Salt and Marsh Restoration

Langan was retained to develop a master plan and feasibility study for an eco-park, wildlife sanctuary and wetland mitigation bank on +615 acres of the former Raritan Arsenal Site on the Raritan River in. W edeveloped the master plan for this significant public open space within a major population center. The eco-park will feature an environmental education center, interpretive trails and accessible boardwalks through the restored salt marsh, passive and active recreation.
