FirstEnergy Stadium – Cleveland Browns Traffic Services

The Langan traffic and parking engineering team provided the Cleveland Browns with transportation event management services. Based on our initial assessments at the client’s request, we developed a message plan utilizing changeable message signs to help direct pre-sold and cash vehicles to the appropriate locations and thereby reducing congestion. This effort included coordinating with ODOT and the City of Cleveland for the appropriate permits and then instruction and oversight of the contractor. Observations were then conducted for several home football game days during the regular season to evaluate traffic and pedestrian operations and to develop recommendations for improvements moving forward.
