Regency Freeport Parkway Development

Langan provided site/civil, traffic, and landscape architecture services for the design of two speculative warehouses totaling 325,000-SF located on a 20-acre site in Irving, TX. The project also included off-site improvements to the fronting roadways involving new dedicated turning lanes and stormwater improvements in the right-of-way.
