Highgate is a 413-unit subdivision that includes 226 townhouses and 187 single family homes on a total of 140 acres. Langan worked closely with the developer and township to engineer a "conservation design development" plan that incorporates active and passive open space and preserves the existing quarries/ponds located on the tract.
