Langan’s environmental team performed a health risk assessment to evaluate the potential exposure of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and toxic air contaminants at the site. Our team also conducted a greenhouse gas analysis in compliance with the City of Oakland Standard Condition of Approval (SCA), and developed a greenhouse gas reduction plan.
