Langan provided site/civil, landscape architecture, geotechnical, and traffic services for the new 15,000-SF, LEED-Gold-certified conference facility. The site design included a bio-retention basin, an entry plaza, and an outdoor dining and entertaining area and is part of a campus-wide redevelopment design.
