Lopefra Lakefill Redevelopment

Langan is providing environmental and site/civil engineering services for the redevelopment of the Lopefra Lakefill, an approximate 90-acre former limerock quarry. Langan is developing alternative remedial strategies to fill 44 acres of the lake. Langan is also providing site/civil engineering design services for the proposed development and has completed a subregional stormwater analysis to maximize the area of the lake that can be filled, while maintaining sufficient stormwater capacity to obtain permit approval of the project.
