One Brickell City Centre

Langan is providing geotechnical, site/civil, and environmental services for this mixed-use development located in the Brickell Financial District. The development will consist of a high-rise building with two parking levels below grade; three levels of retail beginning at street level; and 72 levels of hotel, residential, and office space. The project, which is anticipated to be over 1,102 feet tall, will be the tallest tower in Miami as well as the Southeast United States.
