Project Control System for Large Manufacturing Company

Langan supported our client, a large manufacturing company, with defining, designing, and implementing a project controls system (PCS) to enhance data tracking for key remediation projects. The PCS incorporates data management for SAP-based project financials, diverse project scheduling platforms, environmental monitoring, health and safety data from disparate field data collection systems. With the data collected, the staff uses the PCS to produce reports that help executives and program managers reach informed decisions on addressing their remediation projects.
