Rutgers University – Counseling Center

The Rutgers University Design-Build Counseling Center project included demolition and construction of a new counseling center on the College Avenue Campus. Associated site improvements included a loading area driveway, as well as pedestrian access to the new building and utility upgrades. Langan provided the necessary site/civil and geotechnical engineering services to design and permit this Design-Build project. These services included the design of the site grading and stormwater management and obtaining the required permits from the Freehold Soil Conservation District, as well as performing borings and providing recommendations for the building foundation.
