UH Clear Lake – Recreation & Wellness Center

The University of Houston Campus Recreation and Wellness Center was developed as part of the University’s transition from a commuter campus for upper level and graduate courses to a dynamic home for undergraduate students. Langan provided site/civil design services for the 81,000 SF building, including grading; coordination with structures and site utilities; water, sewer, and stormwater connections; and drainage and detention design. We also participated in the utility master plan design and helped coordinate the concurrent construction of this building and two other facilities on the north side of campus.
