UH Clear Lake – STEM Building and Loop Road

Langan was retained to provide site/civil design services for the the construction of a 125,000 GSF building that houses the University's STEM programs, as well as a loop road extension. Our services included grading, coordination with existing structures, water, sewer and storm sewer connections, drainage and detention design coordination with existing site utilities, and architectural, MEP and landscape plans.
