University of Pittsburgh, BioForge

The University of Pittsburgh is developing a portion of the Hazelwood Green development into BioForge, a 185,000-SF biomanufacturing and research hub. The two-story facility will feature advanced manufacturing and incubation spaces, state-of-the-art labs, and bike parking. We are providing surveying, site/civil, environmental, and geotechnical services, including hydrant flow test observation, conceptual and schematic design plans, PWSA water and sewer permitting, and final design plans.
