Vinoy Resort and Golf Club

The Vinoy is a 13.5-acre property with over 360 hotel rooms, 40,000 SF of event space, a 5,000 SF fitness center and spa, a 72-slip marina, multiple bars and restaurants, and a 10-court tennis center. The Vinoy is currently undergoing a renovation to its veranda, porte cochere, main lobby, and spa among other parts. Langan has provided survey, geotechnical and civil engineering for this project.
