The proposed development consists of a parking garage with ground-floor retail space and a rooftop amenity deck on a 0.93-acre site in downtown Tampa. Langan is providing geotechnical engineering services for the project, including geotechnical field exploration, preparation of the geotechnical engineering study report, design team interaction and support, foundation optimization, construction observation, and construction administration services.
