World One, Lodha Place

OVERVIEW
Rising over 442 meters above the Arabian Sea, the 117-story World One Tower will be the iconic tower of Lodha Place, the 7.3-hectare development. It is anticipated that the tower will obtain LEED Gold certification and be one of the only 100+ storied buildings in the world to have this certification. Langan's role included the development of a subsurface investigation program, foundation evaluation, 3D finite element analysis, seismic hazard analyses, and construction administration. World One is projected to be the world's tallest residential tower.

3093 Broadway

OVERVIEW
Langan is providing geotechnical and environmental engineering services for the design and construction of a seven-story, mixed-use development at 3093 Broadway. Located along Oakland's historical Auto Row, this project is a critical piece of the City of Oakland's vision for revitalization of this neighborhood into a vibrant retail and mixed use district under the Broadway-Valdez District Specific Plan. The building will occupy the entire 150,000 SF parcel with retail and parking on the first level and residential units in the upper six levels. The historical automobile showroom façade from the previous site use was retained and repurposed into the development.

1450 Brickell Avenue

OVERVIEW
1450 Brickell is a 35-story Class-A Office Tower located in the heart of Miami's Financial District. The development includes 25 levels of office space over a 10-level parking garage. Langan provided geotechnical engineering services and recommended long, high-capacity augercast piles to minimize settlement, and intermediate length piles to support a parking garage structure. The tower was Miami's first new construction tower to achieve LEED Gold certification.

Park Fifth

OVERVIEW
Langan is providing geotechnical engineering and environmental services for a proposed residential development. The development will include a mid-rise 7-story residential building and a high-rise 23-story residential tower. The project site is located on an approximately 98,900-SF foot lot in the Historic Core neighborhood in the City of Los Angeles. Project challenges include proximity of the proposed development to the limits of the site and adjacent historic structures and below grade tunnel constructions.

Alameda Landing

OVERVIEW
Alameda Landing is a 96-acre waterfront mixed-use development consisting of residential, retail, and office buildings. Langan provided geotechnical services for the foundation design of this multi-phased project. The initial phase is construction of the commercial complex, while later stages will focus on the residential units.

OVERVIEW

The 760,000 SF project includes two 16-story buildings with 561- residential units, retail space, and 381 parking spaces.

Artist Walk – Centerville

OVERVIEW
Artist Walk is a community-focused, mixed-use development in Fremont's Centerville District. It consists of five buildings between three and four stories. It includes almost 29,000 SF of ground floor commercial space, 185 residential apartments (market rate and affordable), a community center, and a public courtyard. Langan's environmental team is addressing contaminated soil and subsurface soil-vapor gas found in some parts of the 6.7-acre site.

OVERVIEW
In support of AutoZone's aggressive national expansion program, Langan was retained to provide site/civil design, permitting and landscape design services for the construction of multiple AutoZones in Texas. Maude & Mathilda R&D Campus – LinkedIn & Apple

OVERVIEW
Maude & Mathilda Research & Development (R&D) office campus is Class A office space that consists of three mid-rise buildings, an amenities building, and a five-level parking garage. Apple and LinkedIn occupy the 560,000 SF campus. Langan worked with the project team to evaluate options to mitigate potential volatile organic compound (VOC) vapor intrusion conditions for the site development, and to prepare design documents for the selected remedies.
