Mercedes-Benz Learning and Performance Center

The Northeast Region Learning and Performance Center (LPC) is a 53,000 SF training facility for Mercedes-Benz USA and dealership staff, located next to the Parts Distribution Center featuring classrooms, workshops, conference rooms, and support space. Langan provided services from early programming through final approvals, beginning with a zoning and constraints analysis and utilities assessment to guide initial planning. We designed the site plans, including the overall layout, stormwater management system, utilities, lighting, and landscape design, and prepared an Environmental Impact Statement in accordance with Township requirements, and managed permitting efforts, including submissions to the Robbinsville Township and Mercer County Planning Boards, providing expert testimony at public hearings, and securing approvals for potable water and sanitary sewer connections.
