This Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use.

1. Changes to this Policy. We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. In the event we make material changes to the Policy, we will provide notice through the Site. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site and will apply to your use of the Site after the “effective date” listed above. You understand and agree that your continued use of the Site after the effective date means that the collection, use, and sharing of your information is subject to the updated Policy. This Policy applies to personal information that Company receives during its business operations as a “data controller” – which means we determine the purpose and means of processing such personal information. For the purposes of this Policy, the term “personal information’ means any information that, alone or in conjunction with other information or data, identifies or is linked to a particular individual or household and that is subject to, or otherwise afforded protection under, a data protection, law, statute, or regulation. The term “personal information” does not include anonymized or de-identified data that is not attributable to a particular individual or household and that is not otherwise subject to applicable data protection laws.

3. Information We Collect. We collect personal information that you provide during your visit to or use of the Site. We use this information to operate the Site, carry out our business, comply with laws, conduct marketing activities and for other purposes described in this Policy.

If you apply for a position with us, create a job alert, or join our talent community, we collect the information you submit to create or access your account and apply for a position. The information we collect when you contact us or interact with the Site may include, without limitation:

  • First and last name, address, phone number, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide when you communicate with us

We also collect information passively or automatically from you, such as information collected through web technologies from your browser or device. As you navigate through and interact with the Site, we or certain third-party service providers use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns including but not limited to:

  • Details of your visit and use of our Site including traffic data, location data, logs, pages you visit in the Site and length of time on them, the site from which you linked to ours, search terms you used in search engines which resulted in you linking to the Site, the resources that you access and use, and other communication data.

4. Sources. We obtain information about you from the following sources:

You. We may collect personal data from your interactions with or visit one of our locations.  We may also collect information when you attend an event or participate in a program we sponsor. As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may compile statistical information concerning your usage of the Site through analytics services through web technologies. 

Workforce members, Related Entities, Affiliates, and Business Partners.

Service providers. We may obtain information from services providers who process or collect personal information on our behalf.

Social media, websites, news outlets and publicly available sources. We may collect information about you through your social media services consistent with your settings on such services, or from publicly available websites consistent with their terms and conditions.

5. Cookies and Similar Technology. Our Site uses web technologies such as cookies, browser analysis tools, server logs and web beacons for purposes including recognizing you when you return to the Site, estimating our audience size, tracking visits to the Site, helping us improve the quality of the Site, and processing your requests.

Cookies are small files consisting of letters and numbers that automatically collect certain information. In general, we will not disclose your personal information except with your consent or as described in this Policy.

We do not sell, lease or license your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes unless otherwise noted in this Policy.

8. Do Not Track. “Do Not Track” is a privacy preference that you can set in your Internet search browser that sends a signal to a website that you do not want the website operator to track certain browsing information about you. Although we track Site users over time and across third party websites, the Site is not configured to detect Do Not Track signals from a user’s computer and we are unable to respond to Do Not Track requests.

9. Safeguarding of Your Information. No system for safeguarding personal or other information is 100% secure and even though we have taken steps to protect your personal information from being intercepted, accessed, used or disclosed by unauthorized persons, we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information. We have implemented a security program that contains administrative, technical and physical controls that are designed to reasonably safeguard your data from unlawful use, unauthorized access or disclosure. There is no guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our administrative, physical, or technical safeguards.

10. How Long We Retain Your Information. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary, including to provide you products, services, and information or to manage our relationship with you. We may retain your personal information for longer if it is necessary to comply with our legal or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, collect fees, etc. or as permitted or required by applicable law. We may also retain your personal information in a deidentified or aggregated form so that it can no longer be associated with you. To determine the appropriate retention period for your personal information, we consider various factors such as the amount, nature, and sensitivity of your information; the potential risk of unauthorized access, use or disclosure; the purposes for which we process your personal information; applicable legal requirements.

11. Links to Third Parties’ Sites and Third-Party Integrations. We may provide links to websites or resources outside of our Site for your informational purposes only (e.g., Glassdoor). We may also provide links to third party integrations. Third party integrations are websites or platforms that synchronize with our Site to provide you with additional functionality, tools, or services such as maps, sending requested information, etc. You acknowledge and agree we are not responsible for the availability of third-party sites, resources, or integrations and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, goods, services or other materials on, available through, or provided by such sites, resources, or integrations. 12. Embedded Content. The Site contains embedded content which comes from another website (e.g., videos, social media posts). Embedded content may place third party cookies on your device that track your online activity to enhance your experience or assess the success of their application. 13. Persons with Disabilities. Company strives to ensure that every person has access to information related to our Services, including this Privacy Policy. Please contact us if you would like this Privacy Policy provided in an alternative format, and we will seek to meet your needs.

14. Information of Children. The Site is not directed to children as the products and services on this Site are intended for persons 18 years of age and older. The Company does not knowingly collect, use or disclose any personal information from children.

15. Applicable law. This Policy is governed by the internal substantive laws of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of this Privacy Policy shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts within New Jersey. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Information. You can always limit the information you provide to us, but if you choose not to provide certain requested information, you may be unable to access some of the services and content on the Site. You can also limit the communications that we may send you by following a simple opt-out process. Simply follow the instructions in our advertisement/promotional emails to opt-out of receiving future marketing communications.

17. Transfer of Your Personal Information. When your personal information is submitted through our Site, it may be transferred to our servers and service providers in other jurisdictions, including the United States, which may not have similar data protection laws to the country in which you reside. Company does not participate in the U.S. Data Protection Framework. 19. Residents of the United States

Residents of certain US States have rights relating to the collection, use, disclosure, and other processing of their personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions and requirements.

Shine the Light Law.” If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by certain members of the Company to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Requests may be made one time per calendar year. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediate prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2026 will receive information regarding 2025sharing activities). g. Verifiable Requests

We reserve the right to only respond to verifiable consumer requests. A verifiable consumer request is one made by any individual who is:

    1. the consumer who is the subject of the request,
    2. a consumer on behalf of the consumer’s minor child, or
    3. by a natural person or person registered with the Secretary of State authorized to act on behalf of a consumer.

If we request, you must provide us with sufficient information to verify your identity and/or authority to act on behalf of the data subject. In general, we may ask you to provide identifying information that we already maintain about you or we may use a third-party verification service. In either event, we will try to avoid asking you for sensitive PI to verify your identity. We may not be able to respond to your request or provide you with PI if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the PI relates to you. However, making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.

Additionally, you will need to describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to review, understand, assess, and respond. We will not use the PI we collect from an individual to determine a verifiable request for any other purpose, except as required by law.

h. Authorized Agents

You may have the right to authorize a natural person, or a business registered with your state (if required) to act on your behalf with respect to exercising the rights granted by your state. When you submit a Request to Know or a Request to Delete, unless you have provided the authorized agent with a qualifying power of attorney, you must provide your authorized agent written permission (signed by you) to act on your behalf and verify the authorized agent’s identity with us. We reserve the right to deny requests from persons or businesses claiming to be authorized agents that do not submit sufficient proof of their authorization.

20. Individuals Located in the United Kingdom (“UK”) or the European Economic Area (“EEA”)

This “EU Section” supplements and amends this Privacy Policy with respect to the personal data of individuals located in the UK or EEA, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (as applicable, “GDPR”). This EU Section describes our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data we collect about you through our Site as well as through offline channels such as phone calls, emails, visits to our locations, or other in-person interactions.
