Techo International Airport

This state-of-the-art airport, designed to serve 10 million passengers annually, includes a terminal headhouse with two piers, VIP and general aviation terminals, a ground transportation center, and 5,600 parking spaces. Aiming to be one of the greenest airports in the world, it features sustainable design, modular construction, and an on-site photovoltaic farm. Langan provided traffic, geotechnical, and site/civil engineering services. Our team reviewed flight schedules and passenger forecasts to design the land-side roadway network, manage traffic flow, and optimize parking provisions. We prepared phased parking layouts with single-level lots for various user groups and ensured strong connections to key arterials and highways. We also supported the design of terminal access, stormwater and sewer systems, and on-site utility infrastructure.
