CitizenM Brickell

Langan provided site/civil and geotechnical engineering services for CitizenM Brickell a 21-story, 277-foot tower featuring 252 units and 4,174 SF of ground-level commercial space. We designed the site grading and drainage, a 12-inch water main extension, and sanitary sewer services, and also coordinated site access and provided construction administration support. Our geotechnical team performed a full site evaluation, prepared the geotechnical report, and coordinated pile installation supervision.
