Holman Riverfront Park Hotel

Located in Salem’s downtown historic district, the seven-story Holman Riverfront Park Hotel features 127 rooms, ground-floor retail, and pedestrian-friendly street frontages. Project challenges included the need for new sidewalks, ADA ramp rebuilds, utility upgrades, stormwater improvements, and a public sanitary line extension in an urban setting with specific city streetscape requirements. Langan proactively coordinated with the Oregon Department of Transportation, city agencies, and surrounding developments to streamlined approvals and resolve utility conflicts early, helping the client avoid redesign delays. We also obtained stormwater design exemptions that allowed for a larger building footprint while meeting all regulatory standards.
