Cottonwood Creek Trail Extension

Cottonwood Creek Trail is uniquely situated along steep slopes, school grounds, and an existing creek bed. As the lead consultant for the City of Plano’s Park Systems, Langan designed this master plan to expand the existing park trail. The scope of work included planning and designing trail routing, FEMA analysis, stormwater retention, and tree conservation. Langan designed the park system master plan of trail extensions, to include a street underpass design. Scope of work includes trail routing, survey and design drawings for a one-mile trail extension.
