Hudson Valley Casino and Resort Master Plan

Langan assisted with the master plan design and NYS Gaming Commission application for a nearly 1,000,000-SF proposed casino, resort and entertainment complex in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Although the site was not selected, the proposed project would have been LEED accredited with multiple entertainment and convention venues, restaurants, living green walls, parking garage, and retail space.
