Johnson & Johnson

OVERVIEW
As Johnson & Johnson began to modify their New Jersey research and manufacturing operations in the mid-1980s, large tracts of land formerly held in the corporate inventory became available for new uses and development. Langan participated in the process of planning and evaluating the 140-acre land complex in North Brunswick. Langan prepared preliminary land use studies which factored a number of considerations into the development of a master plan to allow existing facilities to continue in operation and new development to occur, which would be compatible with J&J operations.
