Toyota ROB and Training Facility at the Columbia Tech Center, a 38,800-SF office development, provides educational and training space for a global motor vehicle manufacturer and includes parking areas, a covered courtyard, and mature landscaping, all designed to meet stringent municipal standards. Langan delivered civil engineering services to satisfy on-site infiltration requirements through above-ground bioretention planters and appropriately sized storm systems. When a pressurized sewer line was discovered higher than indicated in as-builts, we regraded the site to avoid costly relocation and delays. Our scope also included sidewalk and parking reconfiguration, site regrading, and support for tenant improvements.
