Ronald Boyer, PE, Senior Principal

Based in Langan’s headquarters, Ron leads a geotechnical practice that has handled many of New Jersey and New York’s most high-profile projects. From MetLife Stadium and American Dream Meadowlands to 400 Park Avenue South, 53W53, and The Standard Hotel over the High Line, he has helped establish the firm’s reputation in the region for geotechnical excellence. Boyer’s practice has also expanded into other markets such as e-Commerce, healthcare, utilities, and aviation. He currently leads Langan multidisciplinary teams on several critical infrastructure projects at Newark Liberty International Airport.
Steven Ciambruschini, PG, LEP, Senior Principal

For more than 25 years, Steve has led multiple Langan environmental teams that cover a wide geography throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. His diverse practice has propelled Langan to be a top choice for clients on complicated brownfield redevelopment sites and challenging utility infrastructure programs. Steve epitomizes the role of “developer’s consultant” regardless of asset type: retail, mixed-use, high-rise, and industrial. He is also a highly regarded environmental professional to the insurance and financial sector and the legal community, where his knowledge of regulatory issues and technical guidelines provide enormous value during both due diligence and construction.
Michele O’Connor, PE, LEED AP, Senior Principal

Michele co-leads Langan’s highly successful site/civil practice in New York City. Her projects span multiple markets and numerous public and private clients, such as the New York City School Construction Authority, The Related Companies, and Columbia University. Michele co-founded Women@Langan, a firm-wide employee resource group; served as president and past president for CREW New York; is the corresponding secretary for the Women Builders Council; and is chair of the Rutgers School of Engineering Industry Advisory Board. In 2018, Michele won the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation Pillar Award, which recognizes a woman who shows leadership and mentorship in her profession and works to increase opportunities for other women in the industry.

Arthur Alzamora, Jr., PE, F.ASCE, LEED AP, Principal

A leader in the firm’s New York City geotechnical practice, Art has extensive experience working on challenging subsurface conditions and foundation design for large-scale projects. Some of his most notable projects include One Vanderbilt, Barclays Center, Brooklyn Navy Yard, and the Cornell Tech campus on Roosevelt Island. Art is involved in multiple professional organizations, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the ACE Mentor Program and as chair of the ACEC New York Scholarship Committee; he previously served on the State Board of Directors for ACEC New York. Art also provides leadership as a past president of the ASCE Metropolitan Section. In 2019, Art won ASCE Met Section’s Thomas C. Kavanagh Service Award and was named an ASCE Fellow. Additionally, ENR New York named him one of the Top 20 Under 40 in 2016.
Jared Green, PE, D.GE, M.ASCE, Principal
Philadelphia, PA
Jared recently relocated to Langan’s Philadelphia office to lead the firm’s geotechnical team on projects in the city, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey. Prior to his relocation, Jared managed large-scale projects throughout New York such as the New York City Police Academy, VIA 57 West, Waterline Square, and Silver Towers. Jared serves on professional boards for the Salvadori Center, Syracuse University Civil & Environmental Engineering, and CTBUH Philadelphia. His professional achievements have been recognized by many awards programs, including ENR New York’s 2017 Top 20 Under 40 and GlobeSt Real Estate Forum’s 50 Under 40 for 2019. He was inducted into the Academy of Geo-Professionals as a Diplomat of Geotechnical Engineering in 2019, making him one of the youngest engineers in the world to receive this certification. Most recently, the Chi Epsilon Chapter at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign initiated Jared as a Chapter Honor Member. Jared is also the host of the Geotechnical Engineering Podcast, which provides listeners with career advice, technical trends, and success stories.
Timothy Onderko, PE, LEED AP, CPSWQ, Principal

Tim has been a driving force in Langan’s growth in Connecticut since starting at the firm in 2002. He has led a variety of land development projects in the region, including the SoNo Collection in Norwalk, multiple phases of the Storrs Center development at UConn, and numerous projects at Yale University. His expertise includes all levels of local and state permitting as well as site design. Tim uses his engineering expertise to give back to the industry by participating in the ACE Mentor Program and supporting Engineers Without Borders (EWB). Tim travelled with the Hartford Professionals Chapter of EWB to Sabhung, Nepal, where he served as the technical lead for a project that reviewed the ability to collect, pump, and store clean drinking water in a remote village.
Tasos Papathanasiou, PE, Principal

Tasos is an expert in geotechnical engineering for tall and megatall buildings in New York and internationally, as well as large-scale infrastructure improvements and life sciences facilities. He manages multidisciplinary teams on complex projects involving geotechnical and environmental investigations, site evaluations, foundation design, and stormwater management. Tasos has worked on several award-winning projects, including 56 Leonard in Manhattan, Avalon Brooklyn Bay in Brooklyn, and the EKPPT Motorway in Greece, which was an ENR magazine cover story. He has also provided technical advisory services for motorway and airport concession projects in Greece, Cyprus, and Eastern Europe. Tasos is actively involved in the ACEC Design-Build and Vertical Business Practice Committees, the Urban Land Institute New York Infrastructure Council, and the NYC Builds Bio+ Leadership Academic Medical Institutions Committee.
Mimi Raygorodetsky, Principal
New York, NY
Mimi sources and directs large and complex brownfield redevelopment projects across New York City. Her waterfront work has helped define the skyline of the city, including the IAC Building, Greenpoint Landing, and 420 Kent Avenue. In addition to serving as co-leader of Langan’s environmental practice in New York, Mimi is responsible for the environmental discipline in Langan’s Denver office, servicing her home state of Colorado. She is the current chair of Women@Langan and a key leader in establishing Langan’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Outside of Langan, Mimi holds leadership positions in top industry organizations, including Board Member and Committee Chair of New York Women Executives in Real Estate, Council Member of New York Building Congress’ Council of Industry Women, and Emeritus Board Member of the New York City Brownfield Partnership.
Kevin Webb, PE, LEED AP, Principal

Kevin provides expert engineering for industrial, office, hotel, and residential developments throughout New Jersey, and has become one of the most trusted consultants in the state. He is often called upon to manage the design, permitting, and construction of complex redevelopment projects. Additionally, his expertise in the growing e-Commerce sector has helped Langan become a leader in the market. He is an active participant in legislative affairs committees for the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP and the New Jersey Builders Association. Internally, Kevin provides mentorship and training to younger engineers, helping them strengthen their land development design and permitting skills and public testimony capabilities.

Greggory Woodruff, PP, AICP, LEED AP, Senior Associate

As a leader in the firm’s Natural Resources & Permitting group, Gregg is an expert on the complex regulatory and permitting processes in New Jersey. His primary focus is on managing multidisciplinary urban redevelopment projects, often with an emphasis on sustainable design and transit-oriented design principles. Major projects include 770 House / 7th and Jackson Resiliency Park in Hoboken, Duke Farms in Hillsborough, Neumann Leather Redevelopment in Hoboken, Sixth Street Pier Redevelopment in Jersey City, and the Church Street Redevelopment in Montclair. Gregg has served as chair of the New Jersey Chapter of the US Green Building Council and on the Executive Committee for the ACE Mentor Program in New Jersey, as well as chair of multiple committees organizing the international conference Greenbuild through the US Green Building Council.
Michael Golias, PE, Senior Associate

In 2019, Michael relocated from New Jersey to Irvine, California, to support the region’s substantial supply chain sector. His ability to support projects around the country has led to Langan’s growth as a go-to consultant for e-Commerce development. Michael leads highly responsive, experienced teams on multiple large-scale fulfillment center projects in California, Colorado, and beyond.

Luis Berroteran, PE, Associate
Denver, CO
Luis relocated from Langan’s New Jersey headquarters in 2017 to pioneer the firm’s Denver office. Under Luis’ leadership, the office has grown to 15 employees and provides Langan’s full-suite of integrated services. Last year, ENR Mountain States named Luis a 2020 Top Young Professional.
Crystal Eggers, PE, LEED AP, Associate

Crystal is a key member of Langan’s renewable energy leadership team and was instrumental in the firm’s expansion into solar projects across the country. She has also led major industrial and e-Commerce projects for the firm, including the Matrix Global Logistics Park and the FreshDirect Headquarters in New York, as well as an Equinix Secaucus Data Center in New Jersey.
Konstantinos Garcia-Syngros, PhD, PE, Associate

Konstantinos has provided geotechnical and seismic expertise for an impressive portfolio of projects, including high-rise buildings in New York City and internationally. His major projects include 56 Leonard, Hunter’s Point South Parcel C Towers, Rose Hill, and 2401 Third Avenue in New York; Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia; Signature Tower Jakarta in Indonesia; Akhmat Tower in Russia; and 4th Bridge over the Panama Canal. Outside of Langan, Konstantinos serves as an adjunct professor at the City College of New York, a lecturer at Columbia University, and part of the NYC 2020 New Building Code and Existing Building Code Committee.
Joseph Good, PE, LEED AP, Associate

As a leader in the firm’s New York City environmental practice, Joe has worked on some of the most challenging brownfield projects throughout the five boroughs. His remediation experience includes high-profile projects such as Hudson Yards, Bronx Terminal Market, and the redevelopment of Brooklyn Navy Yard. Joe also lectures at the University of Illinois and City College of New York and serves on the ASCE Met Section Board of Directors. In 2019, ENR New York named Joe a Top Young Professional.
Cory Lavoie, Associate
Santa Barbara, CA
Cory began his career at Langan in the firm’s Arlington, VA office, playing a key role in jump-starting the region’s environmental practice. In 2017, he relocated to Southern California to support the firm’s growing oil and gas remediation work out of a newly formed Santa Barbara office. As a result of Cory’s efforts, the firm has become an industry leader in this sector and developed a sustainable operation in Southern California that has since expanded into Canada.
Juan Osorio, PE, LEED GA, Associate
Arlington, VA
Juan relocated from New Jersey to Virginia in 2016 to help grow Langan’s Arlington office, expand the Mid-Atlantic practice, and manage State Department projects. He has led multidisciplinary teams on significant projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area as well as U.S. Embassy projects in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. In 2015, ACEC named Juan a Young Professional of the Year.
Blair Robertson, CPA, Corporate Controller
Parsippany, NJ
Blair serves as Langan’s Corporate Controller, managing the firm’s financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and treasury functions. She directly supports the CEO, CFO, and COO on special projects. Blair is a CPA in New Jersey and North Carolina and a member of the Women@Langan leadership team in the firm’s headquarters.
