Move to the Music
Langan Spreads into the Southeast with a New Office in Nashville
During his career in Dallas, Matt Korte was always on the move. He has supported hundreds of projects in 22 states ranging from commercial to residential to renewable energy. Upon learning Langan wanted to open in Nashville, Tennessee, the Texan once again took to the road and planted roots in Music City.
Today he leads a growing group of engineers, traffic planners, and environmental scientists building business in and around the city. Even before Langan planted a flag in Nashville, the firm had supported several high-profile projects in the area, including the recent expansion of the airport. With the help of other Langan leaders, Korte is connecting with clients already in the state, as well as those entering it.
“There is still a significant volume of people relocating to Nashville and the surrounding suburbs,” said Korte, Associate, Langan. “Our clients are capitalizing on the migration, and our ability to anticipate and respond to their needs differentiates Langan from other consultants in the region.”
Although the team in Nashville is new, they are backed by resources from around the firm. Also, Langan’s flexible workplace model and leading-edge remote work tools have enabled hiring in multiple Southeast locations, including Georgia, Kentucky, and the Carolinas, where the firm does have an office in Charlotte. As for Nashville, development there continues to pick up the pace, and Korte and crew are not skipping a beat.
